This condo was a delight to stay in. The luxurious furnishings and all amenities were very modern. The a/C was difficult to control and kept reverting back to a higher temp than we set it at but as we were there in December, we were able to open the windows and cool the unit down. the location was close to all theme parks with a Publix just down the road. We would definitely consider staying here the next time we are in the Orlando area

The quiet view of a pond, trees and lawns from the ground level balcony, peaceful extensive paved walking paths, grocery and drug store along the sidewalks, clean roomy pool, all made for a delightful, peaceful stay. The apartment is huge. The kitchen had a superb frig. There were plenty of towels and linens available, but no consumables. Get there early enough to go to the grocery store to buy soap, paper towels, tissues etc. Watch out for extra charges. It ended up costing more than the listed price.

This was a good location for us, close to anything you would want to visit. The resort area doesn't really have anything much to offer other than a nice place to stay while you enjoy attractions, etc., but that was all we needed anyway. There are plenty of resturants, shopping, etc close by.

I am a frequent visitor to Orlando Florida. Every year my family and I plan ahead of time and we always stay at the West gates. This year wanted to find a new location which is more convenient, relaxing and away from traffic. After looking through the internet we found Vista Cay Unit 3020, we didnt believe the view from the internet and the price was reasonable, the space is more than convenient and location wise it is the best. I would recommend that unit to my friends and I would consider renting the same location for our future vacations in Orlando Florida. The Condo was very attractive, large and well stocked with everything we needed. We had trouble with the washing machine and it was promptly taken care of. The sofa sleeper was very uncomfortable, but everything is was good.

We had a great time in our stay at Vista Cay as we were only two couples coming down this year without kids...The condo was beautiful and had wonderful views of the lake but do not expect a resort type atmosphere. If you have young kids or are looking to have drinks and food served to you by the pool, this is not the place. I would recommend one of the many other resorts that cater to that type of vacation. This place had a great size pool (not enough chairs and lounges) and was very relaxing which is what we were looking for on this trip. Please don't take my comments as a negative about Vista Cay--it was exactly what we were looking for as a couples get away. But if you have young kids, this place may not have the entertainment value (activities) that the kids would like. We will stay here again!!!

The unit my family stayed in at Vista Cay was immaculate and clean and very tastefully decorated. We were all very pleased and I highly reccomend.

We chose a condo at Vista Cay as my husband was attending a conference at the conference center and I wanted easy access to local parks to take my son - Sea World and Universal Studios are a 10 dollor taxi ride. We did get lost but a quick call to Mick who guided us in and met us at the condo was all it took to get us back on track. Our initial reaction was wow! We have previously stayed in 5 star villas just outside Orlando and have enjoyed the "away from the madness" feeling. As we were only here for 10 nights (4 of which my husband would be working) we wanted to get around a lot quicker. The apartment was lovely although we were rather disapointed with the standard of bed linen. It was a bit like a thin muslin. I appreciate that laundry needs to be washed and put back on as quickly as possible on changeover days but a polycotton would have felt nicer and doesn't need as much care as 100% cotton. A small thing but worth mentioning - I have passed our comments onto Mick who manages this condo. The phone didn't work which wasn't the end of the world and not sure if wi-fi would have worked. Not a problem for us but could be if you are planning to stay there for business. I'm sure Mick will have this fixed by the time the next occupants arrive. The clubhouse staff seemed very helpful and assisted me with booking in my return flight and printing my boarding passes. It was great to have the supermarket and pizza take out on our doorstep. The kitchen is adequately equipped for holiday needs. We had a lovely stay.

Everything was near perfect except the bath towels didn't seem clean. Had old make up and hand stains on them. I had to wash them before use. lso some laundry detergent would have been nice. Otherwise I would not hesitate to come back.

Vacation home was nice. But for the price we paid I thing the amenties available in Vista Cay were pretty poor. The swimming pool states that only 52 people allowed in pool - the day we were there it was well over this number. For all the apartments and the price there should be more pools. Not enough sunbed either. The gym is tiny.For the price I paid and comparing it to Hilton Vacation Club I would not go back again.

We had a great time. The condo was very clean and spacious. We were very comfortable and had a great time. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless. We had the best time ever.

This was a tricky vacation: two adult sisters with husbands and children visiting their father in Florida. My family's mission was to relax and my sister's family wanted to spend each day at Disney World. The 3 bedroom condo we stayed in was amazing! Our families were able to move about freely without disturbing the other when we were doing different things. It was spacious and we all felt like we had our privacy. We also shared many meals together and had quality time together as a big group, spending a couple of days together in the condo. You should check into the club house rules when you first arrive since the theatre area books up quickly and if you don't know, you may not get in there when you want to. We made many calls to the condo's management (from requesting a high chair to a stroller, etc.). They were always warm and friendly and quickly took care of our needs. We were never able to figure out how to access the wireless internet, but had cables to plug into the wall, so that worked out alright. All of us had the vacation we were looking for - I could not have asked for a more positive experience. I highly recommend using Vista Cay Management and staying in Vista Cay. Their 3 bedroom condo was amazing!!!
