Love the condo! Everything was there and met our every need, wish we could have stayed longer. This is our 4th time staying in this unit and it is Terrific.

The 6 of us ladies with great anticipation. Unlocked the lock to the most beautiful condo we have ever stayed in! It was so immaculately clean! The home was so spacious with 2 bedrooms with King sized beds that were a "Dream" to sleep on! The 3rd bedroom had 2 twins in it with professionally decorated in all rooms. Two bathrooms, one of which you could have a party in! We have stayed at Vista Cay before in 2008 and had such a great time! The location is perfect! Driving down the street to Vista Cay the lane has beautiful palm trees lining the drive and much to our surprise it has grown since we were there last. I think our home had 2100 square feet of luxury! Huge kitchen with all the amenities you could want. Washer and dryer to use. My oldest granddaughter had to always check out the beautiful patio outside. We had ample space for everyone to unwind after busy days at parks! We also felt safe there with the security gate and the locks on the doors. The location is close by to international drive and to Sea World and aquatica and the Convention Center. Close distance to I4. The beautiful clubhouse has a large pool and kiddy pool with a hot tub as well. We were surprised that their now is a gift shop that had the best Souvineers we dropped alot of money in that! Lol! We had no trouble with anything in this condo we are already planning on our next trip to come back to stay again and this time relax more by the beautiful pool. There is a Publix grocery store next door that is very nice to shop in and we ordered Birthday cake for my Granddaughter! Also a Nypd Pizza place that I highly recommend right by the Publix. Everything is so close by if you need to go to Walmart it is not very far off I Drive either. Our only regret is not having enough time to swim more in the beautiful pool. Everyone is so friendly there. I miss it already! Brrr it is cold here back in Iowa!!! Thanks for the memories Vista Cay! Diane R.

The condo is beautifully decorated and large. Six adults can fit comfortably in this unit. The pool was large and inviting, and the clubhouse was a definite plus. The condos are close to everything. It is very easy to get a cab for the nightlife excursions.

We attend the PGa Merchandise Show in January each year and have found this to be our favorite property near the Convention Center. The condo is lovely and the owners are very easy to work with. It's very close to the convention center and is also located within easy driving distance to dining, shopping and attractions. We'll definitely stay here again.

We have just returned from a week stay at this property rental. The location, cleanliness, comfort of this condo is wonderful. We did have problems with the telephone and internet access because it appears they are provided through a cable service. Twice, during the daytime, both the phone and internet did not work at all. By evening, it was fine. We found this frustrating, as we couldn't contact family or make local phone calls when we wanted. It must be said that when we walked to the condo administrative office, they did not offer any help, concern nor want any responsibility for our situation. We thought the least they could have done was offer to call the rental management company for us to notify them that we needed service.

This is a fabulous place. Exceptionally clean and secure place. The club house is amazing. Great place to stay with kids. Close to major highways and attractions

I would recommend having more paper products in the condo. The condo was clean and spacious. We did use the pool which was also very nice.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Vista Cay. The resort is in a great location for travel to Disney and International Drive. The pool area is great. Our condo was almost perfect with a few exceptions.

My husband and I loved the vacation home and common property. It was beautifully decorated with high end furnishings. It was very comfortable. It was very convenient to all. It had all of the immenities you could ask for and the price could not be beat. However, we believe management could do a better job with trash pick-up and the cleanliness of the hallways and the elevators. I would definitely stay there again and I have already recommended it to family and friends.

This condo was even better in person than the pictures and panoramic views showed. It was an excellent location for Universal and Disney, and comfortably fit 3 adults and two kids in the three bedrooms. The kids loved the swimming pool and basketball court on the property. We would definitely stay there again.

The property is beautiful, the location is great, and the management company is very quick to respond for any maintenance issue (we had one small thing that was fixed on the same day...a Sat). Furnishings are great...so much so that we didn't notice a couple of wear signs (small marks on the wall, etc.) until a few days into our stay. Great, very quiet...wonderful.

What a great place to stay!!! My husband, children and I loved our vacation here. We were fortunate to be able to say here for 2 weeks. It is so close to all the parks and I-drive. Its in a perfect location. The condo itself is very spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Dealing with the owner of this unit was a pleasure, she was very prompt at returning any emails and answering all of our questions.

Nice place, clean and organized. But could be better if for example; 1)In the kitchen the fried pans will be ant adherent and also the pots 2)If as a guest you would find an small book with information and instructions, about the apartment and the surroundings. 3)Some maintenance revision in the bathroom there are some hardware loose But as a mentioned at the start is was a nice place, beautiful and very clean. Finally me and my family had a great disappointment due the problem with the key code it was wrong and I needed to get help from another manager, close to Publix. Thanks god I found a nice person there that help me if not, we could have a terrible experience.

We are from the Netherlands. Ower family lifes neerby Vista Cay. We had a very good time en the apartment, pool, area an everything was great. We hope to do it again som time.

The unit was new, clean and well maintained Highways are easy to access from condo and having a Plblix next door was a huge plus! Highly recommended!

It is beautiful home, and very close to universal studio, disney land. The location is near to restaurants and shopping(Walmart and whole food market). We really enjoy stay.

My rental experiance at Vista Cay went perfectly. I've rented the same unit twice for a convention my company attends in December. We like the property so well I've already reserved again for '09. Vista Cay's location adjacent to the Orange County Convention Center makes it a perfect destination for business travelers. It is also conveniantly located near Sea World, I-Drive, and just a short drive to Disney. The conveniant location is perfect for business travelers who may want to bring their families along as well.
