Romantic, luxurious 3 bedroom , 3 bath townhouse with spa pool is situated in the upscale 5- star resort of Windsor Hills which is an extraordinary gated vacation community set in a quiet area of Kissimmee. Windsor Hills is the closest resort to Disney theme parks, about 5 minutes away. We have also accommodated guests that have attended conferences and marathons at Disney. Many restaurants and many shops are less than a mile away. The free amenities include a club house, with a game room, billiard tables, ping pong tables, movie theater and a state-of-the-art fitness center. For the children, a pool with a slide, water jets and play grounds are provided. Amenities for the adults include a lagoon pool, a tennis court, sand volleyball court, hot tub and spa, just to name a few. A sundry shop is also in the club house if you need sun block, a treat or a drink. Our town home is located in Windsor Hills, one of the closest resorts to Disney theme parks. A clubhouse features a huge lagoon-style pool, a water slide and hot tub. It has been beautifully decorated with extra features, such as upscale furnishings, decorative painting, and curtains. The living area boasts a 42-in Plasma TV, DVD player and stereo system. Cable TV and free wireless internet is provided. A huge patio door leads to an enclosed patio area with a spa pool, not offered in many of the other resorts. There is also a safety fence provided in the pool area. The fully equipped kitchen features a large pantry for your grocery storage. One bedroom and bath is downstairs, featuring a large closet and TV with a DVD player. Upstairs are a luxurious master suite with a pillow top mattress and a jungle-theme room with twin beds. Each has its own private bath and walk-in closet. The master suite has a TV and DVD player and the Twin bedroom has a TV and Play Station.
Best stocked condo we have ever stayed in. We always plan a few meals in when we stay in Disney area. I have become accustomed to hauling everything I need to make a meal. This kitchen was incredibly well stocked, even chip clips to close chip bags! Furnishings were in great shape and very happy with all mattresses (brought our own pillows). Very considerate owner, even had beach towels in unit. Clean, well decorated, sunny patio, beautiful hardwood floors. Was very happy with our choice.
This townhouse has it all...lots of space, beautifully decorated & clean, very close to attractions,and a great spalsh pool. Plus the resort, Winsdor Hills, has excellent amenities for both kids and adults.
What a gem! Beautiful well kept property that is so close to disney, yet feels a million miles away. I will recommend to ally friends and family tht visit Orlando.
As a frequent traveller to Orlando, I have rented vacation homes through a variety of Property Management Companies. The Vista Cay Management LLC company provided exceptional service in a timely manner when there was a problem with the pool heat. They were pleasant and professional. Our vacation home was very clean, nicely decorated and well situated to all amenities. The splash pool was a great place to unwind after a long day at the parks or out shopping. This location was very close to the Disney parks such as animal Kingdom, Sea World and the Wide World of Sports. An easy drive to shopping at the Outlets,the Florida Mall and lots of fun eating places like Sizzler's and Flipper's pizza. We enjoyed a wonderful week and look forward to visiting again next year.
This town house was really great. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We did experience a problem that was taken care of very quickly even though it was a weekend. Our problem was with 2 or 3 people using hair dryers at the same time it caused the circuit breaker to trip. Management was great and we could not have asked for any better service. We were in Orlando for cheerleading competetion at Wide World of Sports and this location was great - close to Target and restaurants and with the gated location we felt safe.
Our family of 4 stayed here for our first vacation to the Orlando area and Disney World. The kids (ages 9 and 10) loved the splash pool in the back. It was so convenient for them to relax in the pool without having to pack up and go somewhere. We did spend time at the main pool as well which was just beautiful. So much nicer than staying at a hotel...the house was clean and comfortable and it was great having all the amenities of home with a full kitchen, multiple bathrooms/bedrooms and the washer and dryer. And you really can't get much closer to Disney without staying on Disney property. Very convenient drive to the parks. Would definitely stay again!!
This was a comfortable home for four adults and two children. The location was great because we were able to walk to the clubhouse and the pool. The gym had good treadmills and elliptical machines. My only complaint was that they only had two of each. All of the machines faced toward the pool which was good. The owner of the townhouse was thoughtful enough to provide some items such as trash bags. The kitchen was great to cook a few family dinners and every breakfast. I also liked the face that Windsor Hills is gated and its the closest development to Disney.
We stay at Windsor Hills each time we visit Disney and this was the best looking one we have seen. Thank you!
