The Santa Rosa has 1,400 square feet of luxury living. This beautiful condo can accomodate up to 6 guests comfortably, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Business and tourist travellers alike will enjoy every amenity this newly designed gated community offers, from the heated pool and clubhouse to full size kitchen equipped with modern day appliances. It also features two king size beds, two twin beds. All bedrooms have TV. The living room has cable TV to enjoy your down time. Full size washer and dryer are located just off of the kitchen. Truely your home away from home atmosphere. Unit amenities include; towels, linen, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, electric toaster, central air/heat, dishes, cookware and utensils. Also available are washing and drying facilities, making it easier to have those ‘little one’s’ ready in time. Why pack a big suitcase when you can wash their favorite sports jersey or best-loved dress! Also, free long distance calls are a feature offered in this property. For your pleasure and enjoyment, the resort amenities include; a clubhouse, tropical lagoon pool and spa, children’s pool, sports court, fitness center, games room, movie theater, internet library, meeting space, elevators and a concierge service and gated entrances. A beautifully landscaped walking trail and a number of golf courses are nearby! Restaurants, shopping, water parks and Orlando nightlife are just around the corner. Great location for International Drive and Universal where we spent the bulk of our time. Very clean and comfortable. Nice pool area at condo, you have to drive next door for the large pool, theatre, gameroom etc.The only dislike was there were no basics like paper towels, toliet paper, dish washer detergent, provided.
The condo we stayed in was beautiful and very comfortable and the location was perfect. We will stay again when we return to Orlando.

This was our first time renting a condo for our vacation...we usually stay in a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with the condo. It was very clean and inviting. The kids loved the pool area and the condo was close to everything. It truly was a home away from home for us. We will definitely do it again!
The condo was everything we hoped for and more. A great price, beautiful decor, plenty of room for a family of five and fabulous location. Very convenient to the convention center (the reason we were in town) and also to Universal, Wet-n-Wild, and great restaurants. The only negative was that it was an extremely hot week and the thermostat was to be kept around 76 degrees which was uncomfortable.
The condo was beautiful, awesome location, convenient in every way. The only complaint we had was that it was very hot. We had trouble sleeping and trouble tolerating the heat during the day. The a/C was set and could not change, and it was too hot. It would have been nice to sleep in comfortable with air.
My husband and I came down to Orlando to celebrate our 1 year anniversary! The condo was very nice and spaceous. We wouldnt have wanted to stay anywhere else. It was very close to everything we had planned on doing during our stay. Thanks for such and enjoyable stay.
Dan's condo was beautiful, large and just perfect for our needs. The location was great; close to Disney, Universal, Sea World and anything else we could think of to do. The pool was directly across from his building and the condo itself was on the main floor which was a great convenience. My son loved the garbage benches just outside the door of the condo. We did have to drive to the clubhouse but that was so close and Publix, Walgreen's and pizza place were on the way so it always made for a productive trip. We would definately stay again.
We stayed at many condos/resorts during our vacations before, but nothing compared to this spectacular vacation home. Every single room is well decorated. We really enjoyed this condo. It has everything we'd need for a vacation and the location is perfect. We were on the go just about everyday that we were there, but it was so nice to come home to a beautiful place after a long day at the theme parks. It was as comfortable as being at home! The owner responded to all questions and queries quickly and fully. I would certainly recommend this vacation home to all my friends, colleages and family.
I could not have been happier as I walked through our rental the first time. It was beautifully decorated, had a tv in every room, and had a wonderful open floor plan that included a full kitchen and washer/dryer. It worked out great for us during our stay and we would stay again. The location was great since we had a rental car and could get anywhere we neede. The only point of frustration throughout our stay was lack of supplies. No extra toilet paper, no paper towels in the kitchen, no dish soap or detergent for dishes. It appeared that the housekeeping staff had not done their job prior to our stay. Thankfully the grocery store is right around the corner, so we were able to purchase what we needed throughout our stay. But these were expenses we did not expect that add up quickly!
We were very impressed with our rental. It's location was outstanding. Every attraction was 10-15 minutes away with quick access to 528 or I-4. With a Publix only a 2 minute walk away this made it easy to get groceries at any time. The unit was beautiful. The only suggestions we can make is to better equip the unit with the small things that make you stay even better. Include more kitchen serving dishes, more dishes, a broom and dustpan, and kitchen utensils. We would certainly return here. A very positive experience!
This house received us in an unforgetable way. We rather say it was our HOME for 12 days. Everything was the best way it could be and more. The owners had such a good taste decorating each room, including their personal touch in each corner, nothing was forgotten. We spent most of the last 20 years vacations in your country, but this was the first year to discover VRBO and we feel we have discovered a new way of enjoy vacations. We have just learned to enjoy vacations IN FAMILY, not in hotel rooms. This is our best discovery. If you want to spend special vacations, beutiful places to walk, relax, have incredible sightseing, everything in a very well located area, do not think twice, VISTA CAY is your place. The negative part of them is they are gone, but from now on we have learned there is no other way to enjoy our vacations but with all our family in a home like this one.
It is the perfect location to enjoy anytype of vacation you might choose. It is close to parks or pools or romantic resteraunts. It suits any and all lifestyles. We highly reccomend and would love to purchase a condo at this facility. Most of the staff was extremely polite and most helpful. Only one woman at the front desk had the not my job attitude toward answering simple questions. She was lazy and abrupt sending us to other people in quite a huffy rude tone!... With this exception, we highly recommend this property just stay away from the clubhouse front desk older lady.... rude!
Based on the outline given for this review, I will start with the service received. There was no service received. We never saw anyone. The trash was not removed from the outside container while we stayed there. Since you use the lockbox and all funds are paid weeks prior to arrival we never physically saw a person the entire stay. The condo was a beautiful condo. It was large enough for our family. We appreciated that there was a full washer and dryer in the condo. My greatest input would be that there are some basics missing. For example, there were no wash cloths in the master bath. The supply of dishes was quite minimal for cooking meals. There was no handsoap in any of the bathrooms or kitchen. We provided our own handsoap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, etc. While I understand that we are supposed to have our own supply of some of these necessities, it has been my experience in other vacation condos that handsoap is provided. This is a positive note as the processes we have adopted, as outlined in your review, have been introduced to make things easier e.g. pre-registration, going straight to the property and experiencing the beauty of having your own home away from home. You shouldnt need to have to call anyone, but if you had cause to, we would have responded! As outlined in our Terms & Conditions of Rental, complimentary toiletry supplies are provided, but once these have been used, the home is run on a self catering basis.
