For overall value and convenience to all attractions and spacious and very clead living quarters. Better then most in the Orlando area.. We will be back..
Cannot find anything negative to say. Good value. Great location. Very clean and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. Good pizza, chinese food, and Publix supermarket all within walking distance. Nice pool. Maintenance even came out on Sunday evening when we accidentally left our key inside the condo and locked ourselves out.
This condo was perfect for us. We stayed with another family and the floorplan of the condo was perfect. We were extremely pleased and will plan to rent this condo again next year!!
Highly recommend staying here. Great condo, nice pool and faclities. Convenient to all theme parks, as well as to shopping and restaurants. A very nice home away from home.
This condo was fabulous! The decor was top notch. Appeared to be professionally decorated, but still very comfortable. We were here on pleasure and business and so we were able to use all aspects of the home and condo facilities. We booked this several months before our stay. When it was getting closer to our stay, I looked at the reviews and was very concerned. We were pleasantly surprised. The concerns of past guest must have been addressed as we did not have any problems. We used the internet service the entire two weeks we were there. We had no ants and all the appliances were in working order. The programable thermostat was a little difficult to re-program. It took us a couple days to figure it out, but after we did we had no issue with temperature or humidity. We did override the suggested settings. I would reccommend lower settings because of all the windows. Also, you may want to notate to close the blinds when you leave for the day. (This was a hint from a neighb
The condo was a great location and very close to the clubhouse. My children were able to get to the facilities very easily. We also had a beautiful view from our front balcony. We would highly recommend this condo to others. We had a wonderful stay and the condo worked well with our four children. There were a couple of things that did not work out for us such as, the air conditioning was not working properly. The humidity in the condo was very high and could not be adjusted even though the numbers would change on the control panel. It was fine for us since we were there over Christmas and we didn't need it but it would be a concern if the weather was warm at all. There was also no router number for us to connect our computer for internet purposes. We were not able to get work done from our condo and had to use the clubhouse computer which was inconvienent. This information was suppose to be posted within the condo. It was not. We were there for 12 days and called 3 times for this info
The masterbed room and bath had ants everywhere. The first night I dont remember if I noticed the ant problem. We had just driven 7 hours from Key West and go there very late but the next morning the ants we on the bed, crawling all over us, they were on our luggage, on the walls and all over the bathroom. We slept in a spare room the second night until the manager received my message about the ants. It was Thanksgiving and the offices were closed for a day or so. He was very nice and entered the appartment and sprayed everything. It didnt stop the ant problem just lessened it. There were still ants all over the wall, floor and bathroom. Lovely unit but I will never be staying at Vista Cay again. Sorry but I hate ants.
Dear Beverly, Thankyou for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your stay. I am sorry to hear that as a result of the pest control issue you will not be returning to Vista Cay. I have investigated this particular situation and established that the Management Company did receive your message on Friday following Thanksgiving. A company representative attended the home on Friday to assess the pest control issue and as you mention sprayed the affected areas. He also placed a call to his Pest Control company who attended later that day early in the evening. The company representative accompanied the pest controller who sprayed the home with the relevant chemicals to eradicate the ants, which had mostly gone since the ant repellant had been applied earlier in the day. A follow up visit was made on the morning of departure and we received confirmation from a member of your party that their hadn't been any recurrence of the
We thought the condo was absolutely superb. We own vacation properties, so we feel we have good knowledge of what it takes to make a great vacation property. VC3055 did not let us down. In fact, it was more than we expected. It was convenient to everything. The drive to Disney World was simple and easy, and it's close proximity to the entertainment and dining on International Drive was great. The decor was superb and comfortable. The condo was huge and the den/study was a great addition, although we didn't use it much. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks to the owners, and to Vista Cay Management for making this so easy and pleasurable.
We had a great time and really liked the Vista Cay Condo. We had plenty of room and enjoyed all of the amenities. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.
We loved the decor of the home, but we did have some problems. The AC never went below 75. in fl in aug this is way too hot. also the microwave and dishwasher never worked. Besides that we enjoyed the unit.
Dear Mr Morales, Thankyou for taking time to provide feedback via your review following your stay in one of our homes. I am glad that you enjoyed the unit. However, I wish that you had contacted the management office about the problems you encountered during youir stay, so that we could have tried to sort them out for you during your stay. All of our units have the A/C set between 74 and 78 depending on time of day and season. You can actually manually change the temperature setting just by pressing the up & down arrow to moderate the temperature to a more comfortable setting. The temperature will however revert to its original settings after a pre-defined period of time - we could have altered this for you. I'm not sure what you experienced with the dishwasher, but this has been checked and is found to be in good working order - thankyou for bringing this to our attention. We will never stay in a hotel again! What a beautiful home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was centrally located to everything and made trips to the theme parks effortless. The pool was beautiful and our only issue was too many people saving chairs and never showing up, but we were always able to find chairs, we just had to move them together.
We loved the layout of the condo, the furnishings, the ammenities and felt like it was incredible value for the money. Our only beef was the A/C. We couldn't get the condo below 77 degrees, and according to the signs all over the place telling us not to set the thermostat below 76, it's a known issue. When its hot and humid, a lower temperature is needed. But, all in all, a lovely time.
