great unit with plenty of space for our family. The unit was clean and the building very safe and secure.

When I arrived at the condo, I found multiple problems, including aC not working, no Wi-Fi, and the main TV not working. However, the superb service by Margaret at Vista Cay's office, and of Mick, their field superintendent, overcame the difficulties in the end. With everything repaired, the condo was excellent.

I found Vista Cay while looking for a place to stay near the Orlando convention center. I rented this place for myself and two business colleagues for well below the price of 3 rooms at a local discount hotel, let alone what it would have cost to stay at one of the convention hotels. And, the accomodations were excellent. The condos are brand new with completely appointed laundry, bath, and kitchen facilities. The location was a 15 minute walk from the North/South halls at the Orange County Convention Center. Additionally: Checking in was extremely easy. The management left the key in a lockbox right outside the door and sent the lockbox code as soon as full payment was received. There was a book describing how to access the clubhouse, local attractions, etc. And, there were little placards near the laundry, phone, thermostat, etc. with instructions on the proper use of things. Nice touch. All three of us agreed that we had found a gem and would come back for another stay next time our convention is in town. You won't be disappointed.

Great location, great amenaties; great price. Would recommend to families and business travelers doing work at the Orlando Convention Center. Minor complaint: It was chilly outside (45 degrees) and the thermostat will not allow you to set the heat above 70 degrees. Otherwise, would definatley rent again.

Our family enjoyed the convenience to airport, shopping, and Universal, plus the lake view and birds. Be aware that many little things are not provided: toilet paper, kleenex, coffee filters, paper towels, trash bags, soap, casserole pans, etc. (as we've had at Vrbo homes. We'd rather have these things than a TV in every room.) For a few days' stay, this was frustrating not to have provided. The unit was mostly quiet, likely because few people were around. The night before we left, however, a partying crowd came in next door and were in and out and loud til 2 a.m. There is no security personnel to call to address this, and calling police seemed overkill. The 'gated' community is not secure, in that most anyone could get over the 3 ft. fence behind the buildings. Kids used the pool and hot tub, but soused adults made the visit uncomfortable due to their conversation topics. Overall, a decent place to stay, but the clientele we experienced was less than respectful. Perhaps onsite staff would help to manage such matters.

This property was tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the balcony which overlooks small lagoon alive with water fowl. Several small appliances graced the granite countertops. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking full meals. Will definitely request this unit again.

We did like the location of the property being close to the different venues. I wish that the rental had wireless internet service instead of just a internet cable. The size was just right for the 8 of us staying there. The veiw was great.

The condo was great! The photos and information on your website was definitely representative of the condo. We we in Orlando for 10 days and spent a great deal of time at Disney and Universal so the location of the condo was terrific. It was also helpful to have a calm home to return to after a crazy day at tone of the parks. And the fact that the unit had a washer and dryer was invaluable, especially since I was traveling with children! We also loved gthe fact that we could see fireworks everynight of the week from home! We would defintely rent this condo again for our next trip!

Wonderful condo. Very spacious and clean. Location was great because it was an upper end unit and very quiet. It will be difficult to stay in a hotel ever again after staying somewhere so nice. It would have been twice as much money if it was in California where we usually travel. Can't say enough good things - - just perfect for our family of four. When we go back to Florida, definitely looking up Vista Cay again.

we loved our condo and the location. The masterbath was great it was huge. We just really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to our friends. It was in a great location it was nice to have a grocery store just around the corner.

A perfect spot close to all attractions. A wonderful change from the cramped hotel scene. Very spacious and inviting. A great place to relax after a day at the convention center or attractions. Felt very much like home. When my daughter walked in, she said, "I want to live HERE." Easy access to highway system. Easy to work with staff and rental personnel. After booking, recommended to several others the Vista Cay location. They changed reservations from their hotel to this location. Upon seeing them at the convention, could only say, "thank you, thank you, thank you." I would highly recommend this and would do it again in a heart beat.

I called Vista Cay concerning a Town Home rental that I saw on line. The rep asked great questions and suggested this particualar property. We would have 3 children 2 of which were ages 4 & 5. She suggested this property because it was 1 floor and we would not have to worry about excited kids going up and down stairs. Great service from the start! Once we arrived we found the property very clean and spacious. Only negative is there were a few hair strands on the floor in the restrooms. It most likely came from the cleaning lady. But I am a neat freak. I quickly got over that upon inspecting the Tub. It was extremely clean! Newer appliances which was a plus. Right on Universal so close to Sea World and Universal. There is also a Publix Shopping Center in walking distance. We did not get a chance to use the pool,gym etc. but the property did have a walk way around the Lake with a beautiful peaceful view. We walked the Lake instead. We loved everything about our stay here and we will contact Vista Cay again for our next trip to Orlando.

lovely clean beautifully furnished home , very well equipped, lovely view of the lake, we would recommend this home.our ages are 57 48 21 20. well worth money.

Excellent condo! Can't say enough about it. It was quite a large space and very quiet, which was important for us as we have a newborn. Everything looked brand new and extremely clean. Garbage was picked up outside the front door almost every day. It had all the amenities you could ask for (hair dryer, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, flat screen tvs, gaming system - we rented a playpen for $30 from the management company). The decor was very nice and much nicer than most hotel rooms. Towels were folded into little animals when we got there - only complaint is that they smelled a little musty as renters are instructed to throw a load of towels in the washing machine before they leave. It was obvious they were left in the washer too long before being put in the dryer. Clubhouse and pool area were quite nice, although kiddie pool was cold. Grocery shopping was in walking distance. Outlets and parks were short drive away. Great view from the balcony. Would definitely rent this condo again and recommend to others. Thanks for helping to make our first vacation with our little one such a success.
