everyything was quite perfect! only 10 minutes by car to every disney attractions. the apartment was beautiful. I would recommend to stay there!

Our stay in this condo was a wonderful experience. Exactly as it was pictured, accomodations were beautiful and proximity to lake and pool area was great. The owners have done a good job with stocking linens, kitchen items, and even games/books to read. We hope to rent from this owner again, in the future. The Petlicks

I loved the lake view from the balcony. The furnishings were first class and the size of the condo was impressive. We were just minutes away from most of the theme parks we visited so we could relax from a hard day almost immediately. My husband accidentally left his cell phone behind at the condo and the Vista Cay Management team had the phone back to us in just a couple of days. Great Service! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

This was our third year in a row coming to Florida and in particular, this same condo. It is a beautiful condo, with all the comforts of home! The kitchen is gorgeous! The beds are comfy!! After staying at this condo I could never settle for a hotel!! Everything is close by. The community is quiet and well maintained! The pool is a very short walk (about 1min) from the condo. We would absolutely stay again! If I could offer one suggestion however, it would be to add more kitchen utensils. There are more than adequate cutlery but not enough serving utensils (ie: serving spoons, spatulas, etc.) Aside from that, this condo is 100% first class!!

Beverly was extremely helpful and nice when we asked for help renting a unit. The follow up was great and our stay wonderful. We will definitely be back.

We were very impressed with the quality and condition of the condo. We were also impressed with the overall facility from the club house and the pools and other things like the basketball court and putting green. We enjoyed taking our morning walk around the lake and also the convenience of having a super market and shopping center within walking distance. We have booked the facility again for the spring and are looking forward to our next visit

Beautiful apartment with plenty of outdoor facilities (nice swimmingpool, lobby with entertainment in case of 'bad' weatherconditions), friendly and helpfull staff... Everything for a great holiday, we stayed way to short!!

This was our first condo rental experience & we really enjoyed it. This property is between Seaworld & Universal Studios - you can see the rides at Seaworld & watch the fireworks in the evening. We had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our down time. We kept up with laundry & made many of our own meals. The grocery store (which is very close) was beautiful and reasonably priced considering the location. The linens were excellent quality, and the beds were very comfortable. We found everything about the condo to be better than we anticipated - with high ceilings and professional decor, we felt pampered. I would have a difficult time staying in a small hotel room on vacation ever again!!

We recently returned from our week long vacation to Orlando. Our decision to stay at Vista Cay was certainly the right choice. The property was conveniently located near all the major attractions. Our unit was beautifully furnished and decorated. It was spacious enough to accommodate my family of 4 as well as my parents. Having the convenience of a full kitchen was a great way to start off the day. I would highly recommend Vista Cay to anyone considering visiting the Orlando area.

We stayed in VC3042 during our children's spring break. The condo was better than all of us could have dreamed. First class furnishings, kitchen stocked with all the plates, utensils, and wine glasses ( red and white) and the most amazing beds in all the rooms. Extemely clean on arrival as well. When we were deciding where to stay for our Disney/Universal Trip we stumbled upon Vista Cay on Trip Advisor. I showed my wife and parents and all agreed," make the reservation". The cost for our week was much cheaper than staying "on site at the parks" plus we had over 2000 square feet to relax in. The condo's laundry kept the task of mountains of laundry to do when you get home to a minimum. The lanai/ patio off the great room was so peaceful. The lake view with all the wildlife and the fireworks from Sea World each night really added to our great experience. The pool area was absolutely beautiful as well. The location couldn't be any better. Less than 15 minutes to both parks. The local Publix grocery store located adjacent to the community has everything to stock your kitchen with! We loved the community so much we are contemplating purchasing a unit in the near future!! This condo will not disapoint.

Our unit was just as described on the website. We were a little nervous renting sight unseen but we were not disappointed. I would describe the unit as an upscale, nicely furnished,spacious condo and very clean. The wireless internet was a plus. The view of the lake was nice and we could watch the fireworks at SeaWorld from the porch every night. I would not have liked it as much if the unit had of been facing the parking lot side. The resort complex was clean, well maintained and located near lots of fun stuff. Before we rented I noticed some other reviews complained because you had to supply your own soap, shampoo, etc. That was not a big deal to us. We got a three bedroom condo for the price of a hotel room, I can bring my own soap.

This was our second stay at Vista Cay, and again we were not disappointed. Our condo was beautiful and had enough space for our whole family. Our kids had their own room, and therefore we were able to keep them on their sleep schedule even though we were on vacation. Vista Cay is so close to Disney @10 min, but without all the chaos of staying in the park. The amenities in the community are beautiful, as well in the condo itself.

We just completed our stay at the rental unit and wanted to make you aware of a couple things. First of all, we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit, how spacious it was, and how nicely it was furnished. We were all very comfortable and had lots of space. However, there were issues with the pool that we were very disappointed about. When we book a vacation, we must book a place that has a heated pool because my 6-year old niece has a pacemaker and can not handle cool water. We also want warm water so the kids can play in the pool all day. We were very upset to find a cold pool. The pool area is so beautiful but is filled with people on lounge chairs that want to go in the pool but find it too cold. So, our kids would spend a little time in the pool but then had to warm up in the hot tub. On our first day that we arrived, 3 of our bathing suits got bleached out. My daughter's favourite pink suit went from pink to white. Two other blue bathing suits turned brown and gray. Two of our girls, aged 5 and 6, could not go to the bathroom because it burned. Their skin was really raw looking and we had to put a thick coating of vaseline on them so they could pee. We could not brush their hair that night because it was so brittle. We bought a deep conditioning hair treatment that seemed to help. The girl at the front desk thought we would be reimbursed for the suits but that did not happen. She told us the manager would contact us but that did not happen either. On top of the cold pool, the hot tub was drained after our (and other guests) complaints and when it was refilled, it was not heated for 3 days.

I am very happy with my decision to rent a condo at Vista Cay rather than a hotel. The unit we rented was everything promised and their management team was excellent, they were professional, courteous and helpful. I would not hesitate to rent this unit or stay at Vista Cay again. Brian Ross

Not had much previous experience with apartments before but this seemed very good. There was one large "owner's room" with a massive en-suite shower and bathroom. There were two more guest bedrooms one with a double bed and one with twin beds. The lounge was very spacious, there was a guest bathroom, balcony and it had a great kitchen. There were other areas but I didn't bother visiting them! There were TVs in every room, the ones in the lounge and owner bedroom were pretty big, and the wireless internet was great. I'd say a car is fairly essential, it apparently took about 20mins to walk to International Drive, to get a bus. Though to get to anywhere more entertaining (i.e. The Point Orlando) it took more like 35. However the Taxi's (generally!) know where it is and it looks like they are building quite a few more apartments and shops in the close area. Although when I say "close" I mean a walkable distance away, this definitely isn't a building site! All in all there was a group of us and we were all very pleased with it. Approx. 2009 Taxi Prices to places were (from the apartment clubhouse, to get an idea of distances)... The Point Orlando $7-$12 Universal City Walk $12-$16 Downtown Orlando $30-$45 + tip!

The place was beautiful, our family of 4 had a great time. We were very impressed with all of the accommodations from our beautiful condo, to the pool and games room and surrounding area. Will highly recommend this to our friends. Allan, Karen, Ashley & Gregory Thomas

Spacious and clean condo. Well equipped with lovely location overlooking lake. Nicely furnished. Very comfortable after long days at Disney.

We stayed here for a family vacation to the Orlando area and were very disappointed. NOT in the facility, but in ourselves for only staying here for four of the seven days we were in Orlando (we already had reservations at the Disney World resort for the other days). None of us wanted to leave, and even afterwards the children said that staying at Disney World was fun but they preferred the "beautiful home we visted before". The Vista Cay home was immaculate; fantastic accommodations, comfortable beds, GREAT views(we overlooked the lake and had front row lakeside seats for the nightly Sea World fireworks show), perfect location five minutes from Sea World and Aquatica, wonderful pool, and a sense of security which is so rare away from home. The people were friendly and the experience we had there absolutely could not have been better. We are already making plans for our return and will not consider staying anywhere else but Vista Cay for all future visits to Orlando.

My family stayed in Vista Cay in June 08 and immediately booked for June 09. Both occassions delivered a high quality complex in private luxury condos. Handier than villas, away from the less desirable International Drive but close to the amenities. Exquisite clubhouse. Condos were of the standard I expect in my own home and better in many respects. Would buy if I could! I shall return and I know visiting friends who shall book there next. The best vacation location I have stayed in over 3 continents and numerous popular cities/resorts!

The condo was absolutely gorgeous!! Very spacious and had everything we needed for a fantastic family vacation!! The only things missing were a DVD player in the living room and an alarm clock in the master bedroom but we did not find this to be a big draw back and would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone wanting a first class place to stay that is not overpriced!! The property owner was also great to deal with. We would most definitely stay at this condo again!!!

This was a beautiful condo, very clean and lots of space. All that you could need in a home away from home. The only thing I would have liked to see is an alarm clock, although the only day we actually needed one was the day we were leaving. The washer and dryer were a great help. The grounds at the vista cay were beautiful, I really enjoyed the pool area, and the walking track around lake Cay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Orlando area, although you do need a vehicle to get around. It was very close to just about everything, Sea World and Universal were only about 5 minutes away. Awesome vacation stay!!

Found this on VRBO. This particular unit is in a great location, just two buildings from the pool and on the lake front. About 2000 sq feet, everything in great condition, kitchen very well stocked. Vista Cay is very convenient to Universal, Seaworld & Discovery Cove, and the Beachline expressway out to the space center. Publix grocery store next door is very convenient. Note that cable is analog (no HD) only, and the only DVD players are integrated into the medium sized LCD TVs in the two non-master bedroooms. Wireless internet went down once which I resolved by talking with the owner and the cable co.

We really liked this gated condo complex. Our condo was very spacious, modern and had fabulous decor. The location of this particular condo is excellent!! The pool was a quick, easy walk from our building. Balconey overlooking lake. There is a brand new Publix grocery store about 1/2 mile from this complex. It was an easy, interstate drive to Universal and Island of Adventure (10 minutes). We would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to friends and family.

I had to attend a convention in Orlando ( PMA convention, october 2008)and I did not book my hotel room on time. All the best hotels were full up. I had to use internet to find a place to stay during the convention. I've found vista cay. Appartment with tree bed room, walking distance from the convention center, with 50% of the price I was willing to pay for a single hotel room!!! Incredible!!! My wife came with me from Morocco. We invited our daughter, her husband and our tree gand daughters to join us in the week end from Minneapolis,MN. It was a family reunion. It was fantastic. I was able to attend my convention in a very good conditions, I enjoyed my grand daughters, I enjoyed been in a very good vacation home with my wife. with a low cost!!! I just loved the place and I'm trying to buy an appartemnt at vista cay. congratulations. Abdellah from Morocco.

Great condo complex located near all parks. Publix supermarket adjacent. Condo was beautifully decorated and equipped. Nice view from balcony. Would stay there again.

This property is beautifully decorated and has loads of extras (only thing we would have liked was a dvd player in the family room). They definitely took time in making sure all the furnishings were clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was very large, clean and well equiped, but could have used an electric kettle and blender. There were plenty of towels to use which was a bonus. The master bedroom and ensuite were 1st class, tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The location was awesome and the property itself was very well maintained and there were loads of things to do. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay at a 1st class resort.

Ist time using VRBO. Attending a convention near by. The property was far better than the hotel and much more luxurious. Pool was very nice as well. The only thing missing were towels to use for the beach. We used the bath towels, but felt they were much too nice to lay in the sand. You will love this place.
