I have to say the unit we stayed in was dirty, my poor 7 month daughter found countless pieces of crud on the floor. Everyone's feet were dirty from the disgusting carpet. Comforter on bed had stains. Walls and doors dirty. Fridge was broke and needed to be repaired. Towels were thin and falling apart. We had to purchase a lot of common goods that most condos offer (coffee, foil, detergent, etc...). We were misled by photos and owner about location also.

The location of the home was excellent very close to losts of shopping and restaurants. The home was a bit dated and could have been much cleaner. The icemaker in the fridge was broken which was not impressive when you want a cool drink. I did like the size of the home it was very spacious.

This was a great unit to stay in- the floor plan was open and spacious with plenty of room for our family. Very conveniently located to all area attractions. very good communication from rental staff and hassle free. It was very clean and kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils needed. Will definitely stay again

We'll be back! This condo was very comfortable and Vista Cay Management took good care of my group. Beds were comfortable, loved the separate sunken tub in the master bath. Plenty of clean towels for a large group. The unit was very clean. The only thing that could be improved would be luggage carts. It took a few trips to bring all our stuff up.

The condo was beautiful, comfortable and better than we could have imagined. It was a perfect place to stay near to all the parks. We would definitely stay there again. In fact, we visit family in Orlando quite a bit and it was more comfortable than staying as guests with them!

What an excellent stay at Vista Cay. It felt like I moved to Orlando and started a new life. The 3-bedroom condo was fabulous and everything went smoothly. The entire resort is brand new, right by the convention center where I had business. Everything from arriving to departing was convenient The security keylock and not having to check in at a counter or stand in line was great. I don't have enough good things to say, I will most certainly stay here whenever I travel to Orlando.

Vista Cay receives great reviews, and it was close to Sea World; so it was an easy selection for arrangements. A pleasure to work with this owner & management co. This condo was very nice & clean. Perfect for a family vacation. Reasonable rental. Great amenities in clubhouse- pool, games, movie theater. Wonderful vacation!

Large, clean rooms. The kitchen was fully supplied. Could use a rubber spatula, cooling rack and tongs, but I did fine without them. I cooked almost every day and this saved mega bucks. The shopping is nearby, within walking distance. Our family members changed as not all could get the two weeks off. The pool facility is great. Plan on returning for a month in two years. My granddaughter did leave her baby 'Simba' there. Hope they keep it until I return, or send it back.

The condo was beautiful, and close to Universal Studios. The pool in the complex was fantastic, and the workout room was adequate. The mattresses were not comfortable, and the kitchen chairs of low quality. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans etc. which made it easy to prepare a meal. I would recommend this rental to friends if they get better mattresses. Everything else was lovely.

Have always stayed at a hotel in Orlando in the past and will plan to stay at Vista Cay on any future visits. So much more like being at home!

I just "happened" across the opportunity to stay at Vista Cay while searching for a place on the web. Contacts were easy and friendly. When we arrived, it was easy to find: although, I would have liked to see a property map to find out how close it was to the pool area. The place was very clean and elegant. It was an excellent stay and sharing it with our friends made it affordable for us. We did miss having a few things: not enough dishwasher soap to clean the dishes, not video games for the gaming system, not any dvds for the dvd player, and no paper towels on the paper towel holder. We do wish there were ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. Thank you for an excellent experience. We look forward to doing it again in the future.

Nice location...about 5 minutes from Universal parking deck, and very close to fast food, grocery stores, and Walgreens. Condo is very spacious, nice and clean. We had 7 adults in our party and had plenty of room. The only compaints are the beds are not very comfortable and no trash bags were supplied. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.

The condo was beautiful, spacious and clean. The amenities such as the club house was nice, but they need to tell people in advance that there are extra charges for just about everything except the swimming pool and hot tub. The condo itself was great. It would be nice, however, to let guests know in advance that they need to bring their own toilet paper, dish detergent, alarm clocks for the bedrooms, etc. A nice chair in the master bedroom would be a great addition as well. Please don't let these remarks discourage you from going to this vacation home. Other than the items I've listed, the place is beautiful!!

We stayed here for 2 weeks with our 3 small children while attending a conference at the Hilton Orlando next door. The apartment looked great and was well appointed and had heaps of room. It is about a 10 walk to Publix and an easy 10-15 minute walk to the Hilton Orlando or convention centre. It also quite close to the Disney Parks. The complex has a pool and spa that the kids enjoyed. The only real issue I had with the apartment was that there was no internet access, and you could only access the internet on the clubhouse computers which closed at 7pm. I ended up going to buy a prepaid wireless internet which worked fine. Other than that our stay was perfect.

The owners were very nice and the place was nicely decorated but had old TVs and 2 very small OLD TV's in the extra bedrooms. In addition one if the TVs remote and channels was broken and did not get fixed until the middle of the week (replaced by another old TV!). The fridge made a TERRIBLE noise and kept people up at night. The owners were contacted - and they came by to check it out - but the fridge was never fixed. Some other basics missing included a double sink bathroom with only one soap dispenser (that did not work); Most other units in the building had wireless internet but this unit did not which made it very inconvenient to have to go to the main recreation centre to get wireless access and; the hot water ran out after only 2 showers. Plus only one key for the unit which meant you had to lock it in an outside lock box each time you left so that others could come and go and not be left without a key - Two keys per unit or keyless entry would be highly recommended. I happened to be in Orlando for a business trip and am also in the travel industry - so I have extensive experience in both the resort and VRBO world. I can honestly tell you that I would not recommend this place until they fix some of the more basic amenities that vacationers and business travellers expect in a "luxury" condo.

This condo was very spacious and well decorated. When we had an issue about not having enough towels, some were delivered promptly, and when the coffee pot didn't work the owner herself brought one to us within the day. This condo is close to the pool & club house but not too close. Parking was sometimes difficult to find right in front of the condo building. I usually stay at resorts which provide ALOT of ammenities, the only thing I really didn't like was we were responsible for buying extra toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. Some ammenities need to be included, so one doesn't have to stress about getting these things, especially when your on vacation. The kitchen could also have more cooking dishes, like a casserol dish, cookie sheets & pizza pan. We went and bought these items as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this condo.

This was a very clean unit and nicely furnished. We enjoyed our stay here very much. It is minutes away from Sea World and Aquatica. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely stay here again. I would recommend it to any family traveling to Orlando, the cost sure beats staying at small area hotels.

My experience was great!! The condo is beautiful and was perfect for our girls weekend. There were only a few things I would tell incoming travelers... 1) The disposal did not work while we were there. I called the management company immediately (so as to not be blamed for the problem), and it did not ruin our time at all. Just check everything out when you get there. 2) A few items you may want to remember to bring (that I wish we had known to bring ourselves): Toilet Paper - there was one roll in each bathroom, but no extra anywhere in the condo; Napkins and Paper Towels - pretty self explanitory, there were none in the condo; Tissues for the Bathroom - again self explanitory; Garbage Bags - there were garbage bags in every waste bin, but flimsy ones. When I went to take out the garbage, the bag pretty much broke; Liquid Dish Soap - they have soap for the dishwasher, but no soap to hand wash dishes; One Key - there is only one key made available to renters which for our group had the potential to be a problem (the nightowls of the group were almost locked out by those that decided to go to bed early). I would've liked to have a second key just in case... Other than that, this place was a great choice for our vacation stay. It is clean and pretty. The process was very easy and communication was always open between the management company and our group. Would absolutely recommend it!

We found vistacay through Trip Advisor. My adult family of 5 stayed at this property for a week. Everyone ranging from the ages of 26 up to 92 were all completely satisfied. We were completely comfortable, the property was very clean, had a great amount of living space and was peaceful inside and out on the balcony. Practially everything we needed was supplied with the exception of additional toilet tissue and laundry detergent. We all slept well in their comfortable beds and were close to majority of the tourist attractions. Maybe 5-7 min drive. We were on the 3rd floor but there are elevators which we needed since my grandma uses a wheel chair. Tickets to attractions can be purchased at the club house for discount also depending on the staff. Also I should add my family unknowingly left items behind. The cleaning staff found them and called us within a day. The management team later FedEx the items to us. All items were just as we left them. We all agreed this is where we'd stay if we visit again!!!

We had a ball at this place! Our adult son had a medical conference near the convention center so we wanted something close where the rest of the family could gather. Because of construction @ OCCC, we did have to drop our son off but it was only a mile and very convenient. Also just 15-20 minutes to the airport. The incessant tolls on FL roads are a shock to most of us. Bring lots of change and allow extra time. The condo was comfortably furnished and attractive. The living room furniture is particularly comfortable. The listing says it sleeps 8 but there's actually room for 10 (2 kings, 2 doubles, and a sofabed). Loved having a washer and dryer available. The footpath around the lake seems well used (about 1-1/2 miles). We all walked or ran it each day. Lots of ducks, herons, other water birds. The condo was exceptionally clean. We found a couple of broken glasses that had been put back in the cupboard. Some towels and rugs were worn. My guess is most renters wouldn't cook as much as we did. The kitchen is adequately stocked, but just barely. Could use more tools - a whisk, measuring cups and spoons, another pan or 2, and a couple of serving bowls. The little box for the key was too complicated for us. The code didn't seem to work most of the time. We ended up just taking the key and leaving the box on the counter when we went out. The rental company and owner were very easy to work with. Had a glitch with our reservation a few days before we were to arrive and they worked it out. With parts of our family in TX, NC, KY, and PA, it was nice to have a place to relax and gather.

This is our 2nd year in a row renting this property and we will certainly be back again. The condo is beautiful, the grounds are fabulous, and the location can't be beat. We would highly recommend this to everyone!

I travel often and and spend quite a lot of my time in hotel rooms. As a result, if I plan to be in one place for a week or more, I prefer the extra space and freedoms of a "serviced apartment" over the convenience of a standard hotel. Vista Cay more than satisfies my desire to spread out a bit. It is a wonderful place to spend extended time in the Orlando area. Each time I've leased an apartment there, the experience has been utterly fantastic. It's really convenient to everything worth visiting in the area and still quite quiet and safe. Whether visiting Orlando for work or fun, this is a fantastic place to stay and I highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed spending a week here and found the condo ideal for the family and much more comfortable than a hotel. we took a leap of faith booking it but I must say that the photos don't do it justice. The area still had ongoing construction but it did not affect us. These condo's were well maintained,inside and out. Everything worked,the kids enjoyed the PS2. The master suite is particularly worthy of mention, well furnished and very luxurious. We didn't use the kitchen but it was well equipped, the laundry prooved invaluable to us, as did the space to relax after a cramped hotel in NYC. The location is beside the convention centre, about 5 min from International Drive for restaurants and shopping etc, 10 minutes from Sea World and Universal. Parking is not allocated but we usually got close to the block, this could be a problem at peak season. The only slight issue we had was the clubhouse staff seemed less than enthusiastic, but hey you can't have everything.

We rented this property for 2 weeks last summer and we all loved it. The condo is spacious and extremely clean. We are 7 ( 4 adults and 3 kids 9 to 14 years old) and we find that there is enough space for at least 3 more peoples. The decoration of the condo is gorgeous, and the main thing is it close to all the park attraction , 10 minute from sea world and universal studio. 15 minute from outlet and 20 minute from Disney. Distance to Daytona beach is about 1 hour. So it's convenient for us to stay at the condo. I recommend this condo all my friends and If I come back to Orlando I will definitely rent this condo again. The only thing that we think the owner should do is install connection for internet inside the unit even those there is internet at the club house but it will be more convenient when we come back from attraction park at night time and we just want to check our mail box, so we don't have to go to the club house just for that. Beside that, I love this condo and hopefully I 'll come back soon.

We were a group of 5 and were very comfortable staying here! It was clean, spacious and convenient to the Orange County Convention Center and many restaurants on International Drive. I would definitely stay here again. A great value.
