Our family stayed last year at Vista Cay at another condo that was sadly unavailable this year. Because of the timing of our booking, our family settled on a 3 story condo at the same fabulous Vista Cay. I will never deter people from Vista Cay! It is a great resort, the staff are receptive and friendly, we booked theme park tickets with great ease, the facilities are wonderful and the pool facilities, games room and fun space is clean, well cared for and fun. My family wished we had the 3 bed lakeside condo we had last year tho. This year, we had a 3 story 3 bed condo that was clean and lovely but not our style at all. The beds were very comfortable at the end of a our fun park days and the kitchen was very well equipped for the limited cooking we did. What my family really missed was a lanai or balcony and any space that, as a family, we could be together comfortably. At the end of each day, as a family, we enjoy the great evenings Florida has for us and without an outdoor space this vacation, we felt really confined at the end of the day. In addition, the only comfortable family space our condo offered was the dining room. After 6-8 hours at the nearby theme parks, all I wanted to do was curl up on a comfy couch with my fammly near me and laugh at the days fun. Our condo had (at best) furniture best suited for my gynecologists office waiting room that was neither condusive to relaxation nor family fun. At the end of the day, my family separated into different solitary spaces because, frankly, there was no comfortable family space in our condo. I will book Vista Cay again ..100% ...and urge family and friends there too but I will encourage them to book carefully for the space that best suits their comfort and lifestyle. My family will return but 100% not to a condo like the one we had this year!!!

Our condo was a perfect retreat from the chaos of Disney Magic, perfectly situated for outstanding golf, dining and shopping; yet the theme parks are only moments away.The decor of the condo was beautifully fresh, perfectly clean and contemporary. The kitchen as appointed with everything we needed. A grill would have been fun. The fitness center, pool and facilities are perfect. We will return...We were traveling with my mother, my golfing husband, our 19 year old golfer and two soccer players competing at the Espn facility...We all had a memorable stay. Thank you,,,

Wow it is a 3 floor apartment with all the amenities that u could possibly imagine! Its so close from Sea World and just 10 mins from MCO airport! Highly recomended!

For our first trip to america we searched for many months looking for a fantastically equipped property in a convenient location to base ourselves to visit the majority of the theme parks across Orlando. I am happy to say we were totally spoilt once we found this property. The location of the townhouse couldn't be better, it is approx. 10mins drive each day from all of the parks, it is truly a central location. There are plenty of Malls and supermarkets within a very short drive (there is even a supermarket on the grounds). The facilities within the townhouse were superb. Every home from home convenience is catered for. This was our first trip to the states and the most memorable holiday we have had. I strongly recommend this property to anybody planning to visit Orlando

Our family stayed here for over a week and really is a home from home. It has everything you could ask for and more. The property is well maintained, very clean and very comfortable. The grounds are great and the location is just perfect. Disney was about 10 mins and sea world almost on the doorstep. We will be coming back!

The location is perfect - just few minutes from all parks. After a long, tiring and amazing day at the parks, nothing was better than the comfortable bed at this beautiful townhome. The kitchen is well equipped - we were able to cook, so we felt like we were at home. Samuel, the owner was very professional - quick and easy negotiation. Fantastic place, for a perfect vacation. This was our second stay with Vista Cay for the annual Premier Hair Show. We had trouble getting into our gate when we arrived which was a hassle because we got in so late and were too tired to deal with it not working properly. We found another entrance to go in through so we just used that one for the rest of the weekend. The house was beautifully decorated, cozy, comfortable and felt just like home! We enjoyed a day at the pool on our last day and the guest services staff was very kind to let us leave our luggage in an enclosed area before we had to head back home. We will definitely be using Vista Cay again next year!!

We had a fantastic time in this perfectly located townhome. The owner is very nice and professional. He responds very quickly. Its a short drive to all of Orlandos themeparks and to both large outlets. The beds in this house is the most comfortable we have had in any hotel we have stayed in. The kitchen is well supplied. The poolarea and the surroundings are very well taken care of. There is a Publix really close.
