Our first experience in renting a condo was very positive. Every detail concerning any need we had from air conditioning questions to local attractions was care for in a professional and curtious manner. The home was spacious and well equiped. Because we were in Orlando for a convention at the Orange County Convention Center, it was important for the location of our accomodations to be convenient and Vista Cay was very convenient. A great experience.
The townhouse we stayed at was the nicest place we ever stayed. This was the second time we have been here and it gets better and better each time. The unit was extremely clean and well kept. The pool, clubhouse, and all amenities were also very well kept. The service from the employees was excellent and they were very helpful. The location of the unit was great. Sea World, Universal, and the Disney parks were all in close proximity. No need to stay in the parks. I highly recommend Vista Cay.
We have stayed with Vista Cay for 3 years in a row they are great people to work with. The house was awesome, they are always clean and the best thing is that you don't have to bring anything from home, it's already there. The location is great, my daughter plays volleyball we play at the convention center and it's right there. Everything is real close if you want to go get a bite to eat or go to shops, it's right up the road. We noticed they were starting on a Walgreens, that will be handy next year when we come back. Our stay was great and we always look forward to going there every year.
