Myself and four other educators rented the condo in order to attend a conference at the Orange County Convention Center. The condo was perfect. Everything we needed was there, the beds were very comfortable, the place very clean, and it was a short distance to both the convention center and several great restaurants.

Very Clean and roomy. Close to convention center where meetings were held and to numerous restaurants. Easy process, no hassles. Everything you need, like home, also close to Publix since we used kithchen.

The the whole experience, from booking enquiry to actually holidaying at this property,was a complete pleasure. The owner was a delight to deal with, extremely helpful and immediate with responses. The property is perfect. It is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and in immaculate condition. I could honestly have moved in permanently!! Perfectly situated for ease of access to many of the parks, the house was a delight to return "home" to at the end of our busy days. Should we return to Orlando, I honestly would not want to stay anywhere else. A wonderful property that definately helped to make our holiday a wonderful experience.

Overall very nice stay and definitely a quick shot to Universal which is very nice. However, the washer stopped working and it wasn't until I put a load of darks in that I noticed thereby causing an unremovable large stain in one of my nice and fairly expensive shirts. The owner did pay for cleaning our clothes at a local cleaners to minimize our vacation disruption and frustration. However, it did delay our plans to hit the parks. The dishwasher needed some quick reference instructions as it would not clean the dishes based upon what we thought were intuitive button selections. The stairs creeked alot. We were impressed with the baby proof items which helped dramatically. The condo was very clean. Garage parking is tight if you have a rather wide car. In an effort to not discredit this condo or the owners, these types of things do happen and I applaud them for taking rather immediate actions to resolve. It wouldn't surprise me that they replace both items before our next stay. That is representative of an owner that truly cares about their guests. Thank you!

The townhouse was very spacious,able to accomodate everyone in the party without feeling cluttered in to one room.The in home furnishings were all i could have asked for or needed.Thank You i will consider this accomodation again when traveling to Orlando.

Great home from every angel, the location is perfect where everything is nearby. The home is very clean (new). The kitchen is fully equipped. The rooms are very nice. The home has everything you need including kids chairs, kid bed, kid toys, Wii, TVs, Dvds, etc ... Everything said in the website is correct. When we come back to Orlando again, we know where to stay.

I wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time in Orlando and your townhome was absolutely perfect! It was so much nicer than staying in a hotel and we enjoyed all of the comforts of home. It couldn't have been more convenient to the parks. The boys absolutely loved the resort pool and begged to stay longer. We will definitely rent with you again during our next visit to Disney. Hello, I was coming to Orlando primarily for business, but my family was going to meet up with me while I was here. So I needed a large enough place to accommodate them, but I needed it to be affordable for my budget. I worked directly with the owner who was so gracious to offer me a lower price and we stayed for 5 days. It was truly a gift for us to be able to stay there. And with the wifi internet and the free long distance, I was able to make all of my calls and send all the emails necessary to keep on top of my work. The only complaint I had was that I had no clue how to disarm the alarm. But the owner has already heard my concerns and should be speaking to management about it. Thanks for everything,

Very easy to reserve and talked directly to owner and she was great and very helpful. We were 2 married couples traveling on business, so the 2 master bedrooms were perfect for us and just what we were looking for. Being very near the convention center was also perfect. We had everything we needed, coffee, creamer etc. was already there. The only problem we had was that we could not adjust the air and did get hot.

We have been staying at this unit once a year for the past 5 years. It's always clean, comfortable and has everything we need. It's close to the convention center which is where we do our business so the location is perfect.

Wish we had had directions from the airport as the GPS wasn't working. Also what do do upon leaving with the alarm system, exit, away, or code? Thought the club house could have had some way of mailing letters. Also wished they had had some maps with directions to favorite places, parks ,malls, and resturants. Also cub house receptionist could have been friendly, not make you fell like you were bothering him. Rules weren't not enforced at the complex. There wasn't suppose to be street parking. We had a van parked across from our unit most of the time we were there which make getting in and out of the drive way difficult.. All in all the management company was good. When called anwered questions well and promptly. Rental unit was very nice. Everything you needed was there, from ice cream scoop to crockpot. Unit great, complex just ok.

The townhouse we rented was very nice and clean. Plenty of room for all family members to be comfortable. We each had our own space and could relax. I highly recomment Vista Cay.

Super gorgeous top of the line everything...this is a wonderful townhome and was 10 minutes from everything.

We decided to take our 2 kids back to Orlando this autumn to spend time at Universal, Wet+Wild and also go back to the Magic kingdom for their not-so-scarry halloween party. Because we wanted flexibility to get to the various parks Vista Cay seemed like a great location,and we like to use the Dibb website as I really feel part of a trusting community. Booking the town house was easy and straight forward, and we were e-mailed the entrance codes to the gated community and house, especially useful when you are arriving late. It was easy to navigate to the resort from MCO and we were there in less than 15 minutes without a single wrong turn. The pictures really don't do the house justice. It is immaculate, well laid aout and feels just like staying with friends rather than renting. The kitchen was well stocked with provisions and equipment; even tea and coffee for the first morning! The kids loved the space, the quality TV+DVD in each room and the choice of TV channels, Wii and PS2. The bathrooms are luxurious, and the washing machine and dryer in the garage and so effective we hardly needed to pack spare clothes. After staying in other resorts we were pleasently suprised by the friendliness and facilities at the clubhouse and the great pool... so great we had trouble getting our kids to the parks! It is so easy to navigate to Universal, wet+wild and Sea World... just drive straight along Universal Boulevard and you are there! We wasted no time in traffic, and the local Publix less than a block away is one of the friendliest supermarkets I've been into for a long time. I would not hesitate to recomend this townhouse to any family interested in a relaxing base to explore Orlando. Our kids are 9 and 11 but there was so much equipment left in the house for younger kids; stair gates, cots,high chairs and even a pram...going here with a younger family would be so easy and save you taking so much stuff!

We took our 16 year old daughter and 3 of her 16 year old friends and spent the weekend in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Your home provided every amentity that you could think of. We were so exhausted each night and to come back to such a lovely home was a very relaxing treat for us. We are recommending your condo to all of our friends.

Some friends along with my husband and I stayed a week in Vista Cay Unit 3023. We vacationed and also attended a convention next door. The location was great. The unit was extra nice with all the amenities. The garage was very small and we had to move the car to do washing. One problem that was a nuisance was the security system. Being there was six of us, we accidentally set the alarm off several times and because no one had given us the pin number the sheriff's department came out. It was embarrasing. We did not use any of the facilities at the complex.

This rental is not only beautiful and well decorated , but, has every possible amenity that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The owner went to great lengths to ensure that all things were taken care of before our stay. We have 3 children including a toddler. The apartment was equipped with gates for the stairs, a nice stroller, crib, and high chair. The beds were comfortable and tastfully decorated. I would absolutley recommend this rental to anyone who is travling to Orlando.

We really liked the rental home. Clean, spacious and private. And in a great location. Easy to get to Disney and Universal Studios. And there's a great new Publix two minutes away so we could get everything we needed. The only issue we had was getting used to the alarm. We could've used a little more instruction. Also, a complex as large as Vista Cay really needs another pool. Was always packed. But overall a very good stay.

The service we received was excellent. From the first phone call to the owner to the face to face interaction with management. The townhome was immaculate and had everything anyone could wish for. It was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable (especially the king beds). it is a bit of a walk for little legs (but the home has strollers). The townhome was very quiet. We never heard our neighbors through the walls. If you are looking to be five minutes from Disney World, this condo is not for you. But, if you don't mind a 15 minute drive and being conveniently located to many other attractions, I highly recommend this home.

5 adults stayed at this property for a family wedding. we were so satisfied with our choice. the king bedrooms (2) were comfortable and the bedding was better than most rentals we have used elsewhere. the twin bedroom had a tv, too, which would be useful if 2 kids were staying in there. the kitchen was stocked with anything you need for cooking, high quality pots and pans, plenty of tableware, lots of potholders, which are often missing entirely. the club house has an acceptable exercise room. some of our party would have preferred free weights, but there are weight machines. the pool area is spacious, clean, and has lots of chaises. a few unmbrellas for people with sun issues would have been good, but it's not a deal-breaker. there is a game room that seemed to be popular with the kids i saw using it. our one irritation was not with the property but with people across the grassy area from us. they sat on their balcony late at night and had loud conversation and rowdy laughter until 3:30 a.m. twice in our 3 night stay. when we walked over to ask them to take it inside, one of the men told his "wife" to go get his gun. nice. of course we have no way of knowing if they were guests, owners, live there full-time, etc. we weren't sure if we should call local police so we just lost our nights of sleep, basically. this is not a knock on the property, which is great, but a comment so you can consider your options before it happens to you, maybe, so you will decide faster than we did to call police...

Location was great. The condo was beautiful very tastefully decorated. It had a lot of extras.. board games, play station etc that was needed when it was too cold to swim outside. Loved the space. Would book same unit again when we return.

Apartment was very good value. It was fitted out to a high specification and with four of us sharing was much more cost effective than staying in a hotel.

checking in was very efficient, no wasting time. Well equipped condo. Tasteful interior. Located in a short distance from major attractions. Spacious pool area which was tidy.

this was a beautiful condo. very clean,all you need in ahome away from home .the only thing i did not like was i had to leave .

The condo was very nice. It was decorated like a model home and looked brand new. It is easy to get to and close to all activities and restuarants but still out of the way so you can relax. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

This home was located to all the attractions we wanted to see, everything was just like the pictures. My daughter wanted to move in FOREVER. We couldn't have asked to stay in a nicer place. We will be back some day. The weather was the only down fall of our trip. Having this unit to come home to everyday was the highlight of our trip!

The house was absolutely beautiful. My family and I had a blast staying here. The only complaint that I would have was our neighbors...but nobody could have done anything about them....they yelled alot!!!! The club house was wonderful too. The pool was open til midnight every night, which was great because when you get back from the parks you are sooooo tired and that hot tub helps you relax and get to sleep!!! I strongly recomend this place and wish you all happy vacationing!!!!!!!

This was our first time renting a V.R.B.O. property.It was an exceptional two week experience for us and our daughter and her family. They liked it so much they did not want to leave when their week was up. It is quiet, relaxing and the location is central to everything. The Vista Cay clubhouse facility is topnotch. The cleanliness,decor and kitchen facilities depict the owners pride of ownership and their commitment to making our vacation a memorable experience.The website listing and pictures are spot on. We hope to be back next year.

It is not often you find a place that truly matches the pictures you see on the internet!!! This was a wonderful unit that was well decorated and fully equipped. Kitchen was well equipped. Perfect for a family of four carrying along the grandparents. Close to everything and a Publix grocery is right next door. Clubhouse and pool area nice and very well kept. Nice basketball court and Gym. We would stay again if possible.

We spotted this property on the internet but I have to say the photos did not justify the home (its a tribute to the owners). The house is in excellent order, a lot larger than we expected and each room is finished in the finest decor. All mod cons were available for our use and the property was located in a nice secure quiet area while at the same time only 10 minutes drive from Orlandos major attractions. The booking system was simple and the property was serviced very efficiently by the management company on site. We will defintely keep it in mind when we next visit Florida.

My family enjoyed our stay, the condo was large, CLEAN, and had everything needed for a great vacation. Couldn't ask for more or better. Also , easy check-in and check-out. Would stay again if our travel plans included a visit to Disney!

After speaking with the owner of this property, she ensured my that they property is just like the photos. And she was correct. The condo was extremely nice. It had everything we needed. It was clean. It was also near the interstate and many restaurants. When traveling to Florida, VistaCay will definitely be my place to stay.

This town home was great I highly recommend Vista Cay for your vacation stay.The property is very secure.The garage on the townhome was a bonus feature for my 3 day stay.It was easy to find from the airport and the location to Internation drive and all the restaurants was perfect.The main entrance is spectacular with the fountain.The owners made sure the place is furnished very nicely.The washer and dryer came in handy.

Would Stay here again. Very clean , was more than expected. Was full of room and lots of places to sleep. Pool at clubhouse which was clean and water was warm. Home can supplied with all cooking pots , pans , cups, dishes and silverware. Would recommend this. Only thing that was a little down fall was we have a big truck and was unable to fit in garage.

We were in Orlando for work, but the house was so great and so comfortable that we seemed to be on our vacation time! We simply loved to stay there and We already guarantee our reserve for 2010!!!
