Our toilet was broken since the time we arrived. Didn't bother calling management, seemed like it would be more trouble than it was worth to have a plumber in there during our trip. Other than that and the constant odor coming from the waste pools next door everything was great! The condo was super clean and very spacious. It was also a nice touch not having to have a key.

Clean Comfortable and up-to-date condo rental. We would definitely rent this place again! Three bedrooms, two queens and one king was perfect for our three couple group. beds were comfortable clean and great linens. the kitchen was stocked with good dished and glassware. Fully stocked with cleaning supplies, towels, paper towels etc. We never really used the pots and pans but they looked good quality. The washer and dryer were very loud, but worked with no complaint. The bathrooms were clean and worked perfectly. There is a Walgreens around the corner (walking distance) and a Publix on the next block so everything you need is close. Gate community, felt very safe.

The condo is hugh (2000 sq. ft) and very well appointed... has everything you need from full kitchen to laundry. It is conveniently located about 15 min. north of the Disney Parks. Around the corner, there are Walgreens and Publix supermarket. It's 5 min. away from International Drive where are are tons of restaurants. We googlemapped it ( also checked the website for building location) and had no problems getting in the gate or the door. We didn't have time to use the clubhouse or the pool. For the price, location and convenience, we would definitely stay there again. My only comment would be to have newer towels and less of the dry plant decorations (which are dust collectors). Loved this condo. My travel companions had to bail on the tradeshow so I had the entire condo to myself. My only complaint was that I was a bit lonely lol.

I found the condo to be very comfortable, very clean,spacious and close to everything. Just what you are looking for on a vacation! Everyone felt at home. You could not ask for anything better.

Overall we had a fabulous time staying here. The condo was luxurious and well equipped and very close to I drive and all the major theme parks. It has easy access to/from Orlando International airport with a large supermarket close by (Brits - bring tea bags!), and a good golf course where you can hire clubs, buggy etc. With two teenage kids, there was more than enough space, and the club games room and swimming pool were frequently used by them. Management company were very helpful at sorting small issues e.g. we couldn't switch the bedside lamps on! (for info there is a small protruding brown knob which you need to turn clockwise twice). I will never again pick a hotel should I stay in Orlando - this was fantastic, and even better than I had expected. Only down side - the club wouldn't allow us to hire towels on our last day whilst waiting for our return trip to the airport as we weren't "listed on their computer system" which would have allowed us to use them for free. I explained I would have been happy to hire them, but no joy. Nevertheless this is a great place and I would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed for ten days in this very well trimmed unit,pretty comfortable,clean and well located.Our family of five,with a 3 yo and a senior citizen(76 yo) just loved it. The recreation area is also splendid,including the fitness center that was fully operational.We surelly recommend and hope to come back soon. Fernando Boani and family(Brazil)

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at your beautiful condo and i must say whenever I travel I will never stay in a hotel again. The condo was centrally located to all the parks and restaurants and I loved how spacious and clean it was everyone had room to move around and with teenagers that was truly a blessing. Thank you susan for allowing us to stay at your place our trip to orlando was very successful because of your hospitality.

We loved this vacation spot. The condo was large and in immaculate condition. The master suite was well equipped for me to work (phone, wireless internet and nice desk). The entire condo was luxurious but still kid friendly. There are tvs in every room with wirless internet access for ipods and game systems. The kitchen was great and Publix is nearby. Also very close to restaurants and theme parks. Great clubhouse with a game room for the kids and a great pool and hot tub. Nice, clean community with all the amenities you need to make it feel like home. My kids loved it too. We will be back to this condo next year if not sooner!

This was the best lodging experience that my family has ever had. We stayed in this condo during a cold snap so we did not have an opportunity to try any of the on-site amentities offered by the complex. However, this condo is by far the nicest that we have ever experienced. We made a spur of the moment decision on a Friday to take our 6 and 16 year old kids to Disney World during the Christmas break. I contacted the owner on Friday evening and she was great. She immediately reached out to her management company to get the ball rolling. Although we did not have final confirmation that night, she assured us that everything would be taken care of and that we would be able to check into the property on Saturday afternoon. So we put our faith in her and begin the 18 hour drive from austin, TX. Early Saturday morning I received a call from her mgmt company saysing everything was ready. We followed their instructions and arrived to an immaculate property. The pictures are great, but believe me when I tell you that you just have to see this place in person to appreciate it. Do not hesistate to entrust your vacation with this owner. All of the Orlando parks are a short drive away. Hope to return another time

We loved it! It was spacious, comfortable, clean, and very well maintained (both inside unit and outside property), beautiful water fountain, club house and pool area. Unit was close to all the attractions, grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. It was a wonderful place to stay and we will definitely return to this property again and again.

The Vista Cay Condominiums are the highest quality accommodation. The location is perfect for accessing all that Orlando has to offer. My family and I have been coming here for 5 years and really feel it is our home from home.

The unit made us feel right at home. All the rooms were very clean. The beds were awesome and everyone slept comfortably. The kitchen is a dream to cook in. The location was great because you didn't have all of the tourist traffic. It was very nice to sit outside on the porch and enjoy the tranquility of the community.

Our stay at this condo was "wierd" to say the best. When we got there on Saturday 7/3/10, we attempted to check in in the club-house, and the person sitting at the desk, wanted basically nothing to do with us. I told him I would like to check in, and he said he couldn't do anything. Then on thursday, another representative came to My wife and kids, while they were at the pool, and hassled them because they didn't have a "pool pass". The pool passes are given when you check in. They were out of pool passes, and because my wife didn't have a copy of our reservation with her ( in her suit) she was asked to leave the pool area. Needless to say, she was not a happy camper. You don't know my wife, but when she's not happy, aint nobody happy!!! Get my drift. Then , the following Friday 7/9/10, the washer in the unit stopped working. wwe called the maintenance area, and even called the homeowner. i had a fishing charter out of Canaerval set up, so we couldn't stay to meet them. They showed up while we were out, and left a note that the units was broke. No Duhhh. We knew that. I had to make 3 phone calls to find out what was going on. It never got fixed, so we left with dirty laundry. Again, Momma not happy!!!

This vacations were the most enjoyable we ever had! The condo was as describe well even better when you get there, the pool is fabulous we enjoy envery minute of it, i have a 6year old and a 18 month old and they both had fun at the pool also at the game room everything was really nice and comfortable, clean and friendly enviroment i will defenelly come again to tell you the truth we didnt want to come back you will feel like home thats how nice it is. We when to Disney was really close to the condo we had a great time there also.... the super market is really close susan was there to answer any questions and the staff at vista cay was great property was very well maintain i will sure be renting there again next year "

one word to describe this stay is excellent

We considered asking for our money back! The weather was absolutely horrid. - If it wouldn't have been for our lovely accomodations we would have been SOO....... disappointed! However, the condo was ideal. The manager, Mick, was "johnny-on-the-spot" to look after anything we needed help with. Will gladly recommend to anyone - as long as they don't care about sun & heat (: Only real beef was the "temperamental" TV in the living room. I couldn't even figure out how to use it. Mick came to the rescue, but it was still touch & go whether we'd even be able to change channels or not.

I will like to thank the staff for being so helpful and nice Ms.Margret,Nick and Beth love yall so much, the condo was outstanding very clean and just the right size.. the only thing i would advise is to provide more towels. i will like to think mr. nick and beth for allowing us a late check at the last minute(too much partying the night before lol) but look to hear from us again same time same place.. thank you so so much xoxo Traci Williams and Friends

The condo has everything you need for a family holiday. The pool and clubhouse were excellent. Our grandaughter loved swimming in a pool that was heated just at the right temperature as was the hot tub. The location of Vista Cay is great. Away from the noise and bustle of the main highways, but close enough to all the Parks. We will be returning to Vista Cay .

Vista Cay had wonderful service. Check-in, use of the clubhouse and pool, and check-out were a breeze. The condo was very nice, clean and comfortable. Great location close to attractions and an unlimited number of restaurants. We enjoyed the use of the beautiful pool and clubhouse. We throughly enjoyed our time at the condo. It was so much better than being cramped up in a hotel room. The one thing that we didn't like was that we had to go out and buy shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and facial tissue. These are all provided by most hotels, and it would have been nice to have them there.

We were in Orlando for 2 weeks ... one week of convention and one week of play. Vista Cay was the perfect location. The condo was beautiful, clean, roomy ... it was the best! Our family enjoyed our stay and would love to go back.

Can not over express how happy we were with the property. Beautiful, spotless, convenient location. Community pool was actually very nice as well. The drive to Disney was about 15 minutes and painless. Very professional owner and rental agency. Great price. Will definitely return to this property on our next Disney trip.

We just spent a week at the Vista Cay Condo in Orlando and had a great time. The condo has everything you could want and more. It was nice to come back to a full condo instead of a hotel room at the end of the day. The condo is close (no more than 10 - 15 minutes) to the major attractions Disney, Universal and Seaworld. Everything was in order when we arrived. The condo is decorated beautifully and has a great club house with, pool, internet room, game room and gym. We'd definitely recommend this house - We loved coming home after a long day and being able to relax with plenty of space for all of us.

I highly recommend this condo to anyone!! My family had such a wonderful time that we requested the same week for the following year as soon as we returned. We were so pleasantly surprised at how beautifully decorated and clean the unit was. The complex was equally beautiful and clean, especially the pool and clubhouse. Best of all, Vista Cay is conveniently located to all the major attractions while remaining quiet and secluded enough for relaxation and privacy. Again, I would highly recommend this as a terrific place for a family vacation!!

Vista Cay turned out to be one of the best treats of our entire vacation. Awesome value, spacious, clean, convenient, secure and all wrapped up in one of the most beautiful sights. The decor and premises can rival any 5-star resort. Great location relevant to all the attractions. Quiet and easy to find. I would highly recommend it, we plan on returning again.

our 2 week stay was a wonderful get away from minus 30 celsius here in alberta, this unit was even more that we expected, after renting a house the previous year and being disappointed we decided to try a gated condo. we found this wonderful gem of a by accident and can not wait uintil next year to come back, vista cay staff were helpful at the club house, the condo was exceptionally clean, bright, wonderfully decorated. Close to all attractions and restaurants ( highly Recommend Charlies Steak House). Again i can not say enough about this condo except rent it you will not be disappointed.

We stayed here for a month with our young family and it by far exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. We would definately stay here again. Great for families.

This condo was ideal for an Orlando getaway, perfect for couples, older individuals and children alike. Very clean, nicely decorated and close to all amenities; shopping, theme parks, and the convention center. I would definitely stay here again.

Is probably furnished better than the homes of the people who rent it. This property is complete. Everything you could ask for from Corkscrews to Flat Screens.

This was a wonderful location for a week of fun at Universal and Sea World. The furnishings and condo were better than expected. The quality of the accomodations far exceded the price paid. We will be back
